The drawing isn't that bad, the blue pony's legs could be positioned better, but still really nice! I especially like your blood effects, really hard to pull off good looking dripping blood! I guess these ponies are all supposed to be based on Jeff the Killer, but I'm not a huge fan of their designs. The blue infinity one looks pretty good and sickly, although I don't understand her cutie mark, but I don't really like the white one's design. She looks kind of emo and that's about it. My only problem is that she looks kind of cliche in her design, and I really don't like the different colored eyes. I think she'd look better if you had a particular theme that I should be getting like "zombie" or "sickly" or whatnot. Other than that, really nice drawing! Keep drawing, you do really well at it!
