Fun fact, you can actually have the option to not put the poison and you will beat Jiequan in hard mode, but putting the poison will unlock an achievement
I defeated him without the poison. It was so fun
I’ve done the fight with and without the poison, and I think the poison only makes him cough in phase 1, and maybe he has less health.
I had the poison in my run but I didn't know you could poison him, but his fight is the best fight I've had so far
Please do the "True ending", since the last boss gets an extra phase, which is super cool

wait I beat him and don't even know what that poison is for later on until watching this video, the poison will make him easier but i recommend fight him with no poison because it also a very cool fight

when fighting Jiequan theres honestly 2 things what will happen
1. its where you didnt pour the poison before the boss fight and you will get a cool music
and 2. theres an extra dialogue and the music isnt the same
