Butter, has long been, along with cheese, and yogurts, long term storage of very nutritionally dense food stuffs. It's how civilization grew. It allowed us to store nutritional food products through winter.
@@TechRevolt007 it's amazing what sorts of things got us to where we are today. How salted and smoked meats and sausages were a large part of the daily diet for nearly 2K years. And our food safety standards today, are insanely strict compared to even 100 years ago. But the fact remains, as far as nutritional density, butter and cheese, are hard to best. Esp cultured butters. They have even found butter aged in a big that was nearly 2000 years old, still edible apparently 🤷♂️
