Great review! Especially the fact that you began the review with an interesting question, I found particularly well done! This made the whole review much more exciting
Yes, I found out rather quickly that my earnestness had outpaced my comprehension. Your videos felt easy to understand, and many puzzles became more engaging and intuitive after going through some of the lessons. I sense many parallels between Go and art, namely how shapes and ideas build, often at the subluminal level. It has had a wonderful effect on the general rhythm and texture of my thoughts, and I consider the game worth studying for its own sake. I look forward to supporting your channel more in the future. Thank you. @@MichaelRedmondsGoTV
Very nice win and excellent commentary. I'll have to try to remember some of the variations in the lower right; that position comes up quite often in my games.
thank you michael for your work, and yes as a retired audio guy i can tell you (and i guess i did tell you there must be sth in your recording chain (mic/audiointerface/plugin/...) which partly adds extra noise) it s much better! sound is good! "go/baduk" of course as always is GREAT !
Sorry for the clueless questions, but what was the komi? Is there any interest among pros these days for komi pie? (one player chooses the komi and the other decides which side to play)
A 7 kyu reflection on the Thumb nail A very lazy count suggests a fairly close game territory wise. If I could be confident that the corner invasion c17 could live I might go for that.. f15 f13 are kinda miai. I'm also tempted to defend blacks right side but from the initial close count I would have to assume black simply doesn't have time for this and will have to rely instead on killing any white invasion
@@MichaelRedmondsGoTV yes I did already and was pleasantly pleased with my overall direction - although I didnt get it quite right. Love your commentaries
The new audio sounds excellent.
Thans Rick!
It does indeed, very clear audio!

Glad you like them!
Superb game review, audio sounded great!
Thank you kindly!
You're always humble, and we love you this way. But you don't have to, it's not every day that one finds a better move than Katago!

The sound quality is better indeed. Nice game !
Thank you!

Glad you like it!
Another excellent game commentary. Most useful is the whole board balance reckoning guiding move choice. Thanks.
such clear audio thank you

Thank you for sharing that game with us.
New mic sounds great! Thank you for the content from a 15 kyu
Love the game review content, great pacing and everything
Hey I just want to say your content is fantastic and I will soon join your patron thanks for teaching so much useful information.
Thank you!
The sound is much better! Which mic did you decide to use?
Put your setup in the description! This way people can give you more suggestions.
Thank you, I did that.
I picked the same move! Just far enough away to make miai of connecting back to the side or take corner
New Mic is awesome!
Michael, mic sound is much better. The game was great moyo game with nice tesujis. Thanks for your comment.
Let’s see it
Sorry for the clueless questions, but what was the komi? Is there any interest among pros these days for komi pie? (one player chooses the komi and the other decides which side to play)
6.5 in Japan and Korea, so that was the komi in this game. 7.5 points=3.75 stones is used in the Chinese rules.
sounds good
Thanks!
Mic sounds good, which one did you get?
Shure MV7
absorbing commentary
Why would nowadays be a difficult time to be leading the Kiin?
Bad economy in general and fierce competition from console games
❤❤❤❤❤
Buy a better green screen. Nice win though.

Having given the position that much thought, I would say you are ready to watch the video and see how I explain it!
