Cloud Compare - Point List Picking tool

Point List picking is a very useful tool inside Cloud Compare that allows you to select more than one point and:
- export coordinates in a tx file;
- create point labels;
- generate a new point cloud from the selected points;
- draw a new polyline using point picked as vertexes.

Is there a option to export the coordinates of all Points in one txt-file?

I have a TLS and mls scans and I’m trying to make a georefrencing
For each scan using total station control point
When i finished georefrencing process the x,y coordinates are converted to the new system but the problem is with z coordinate it seems like it’s still in the local coordinate system
So what i have to do ?
Please let me know if you have any idea.
