- Today, build the energy of love within yourself and for yourself because you cannot give what you do not have for yourself first. Self-love includes respecting and honoring yourself and it teaches others how to love you in return. This yoga nidra practice will guide you into a safe and relaxed state where you can connect with yourself and plant the seeds for your love to blossom.
It has been said that 1 hour of yoga nidra equates to 4 hours of deep sleep because we go through all of the brain wave stages you typically go through during sleep, only in a compressed amount of time. It is incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating if used during the day. It can also be used to help you fall asleep and enjoy extremely productive and healing sleep.
This practice will help build a strong foundation of self-love, acceptance, and worthiness.

gratitude and just wowww~~ this is the second time i have listened. have been told in the past i carry ancestral/past life chronic illness and that it had a purpose. lately have been asking for awareness of where it came from and how to heal. this time i listened, i suddenly became aware of three female ancestors that i was carrying their pain. as i continues, i thanked each one, blessed and released my need to carry nor them. it was sooooo releasing. and i now feel soooo relaxed. have been chronically ill from soemthing or another most of my life with intermittent true self love of study, travel adventure, wcuba diving, art and desing and nature.. am oraying that i may now be able to release the need to carry so much weakness/illness and move into more creative healing for others. this is theeee most powerful meditation i have ever listened to. senidn so much gratitude and blessings to you and your teachers who brought you to this powreful ability to help so many heal.. for today, i can not even explain the gratitude i feel nor the peace and love. belssings blessings to you!

Intention is what you want. Say to lose weight, to make more money, or to feel more peaceful. A mantra in this context is like an affirmation or as she said a statement. One that makes you feel good.
