@@chadalexander5011 Actually no, you could never buy an automatic rifle at Walmart. You could buy SEMI-automatic rifles until 2015. Semi-automatic is not the same as fully-automatic. In a semi-auto gun, you must depress the trigger for every individual shot, as opposed to a fully-auto firearm, which will fire non-stop until it runs out of ammo, as long as the trigger is depressed. Civilians must meet VERY strict requirements to possess fully-automatic firearms. You can't just go buy one at a store. So, not the same at all. @codyclarke is right.
