Ah thank you so much! 😊 😃 I was also dizzy at first but I stuck to the low impact variations for the first week until my balance improved, then it got easier. Also make sure to hydrate properly first, also helps alot 🌼
I'm starting her 1min challenge in 3days time, it's her new 21day challenge. Maybe join me with this next one? 😃 🌼 I will be posting a short every day to hold me accountable again like last time. She really has great workouts and I'm sure you will enjoy it too once you get started!
