Largest Planets Ever Discovered

- Jupiter is a gigantic planet on it's own, being the largest in the Solar System, but amazingly there are many planets outside of the solar system that is exoplanets, that are much bigger than that. In this video i take a look at the largest and most interesting exoplanets.

Mad respect to the camera man that had to travel around the universe to take theses pictures. Lol
😆😆😆

I don't understand how you don't have more subscribers then these clickbait "science" channels to be honest..
ghost Vsauce 2? 3? *cough* *cough*
I agree...
That's bigger than Proxima Centauri which has a diameter twice that of Jupiter I think.
@@SylkaChan, Proxima Centauri is a red dwarf star, not a planet.
That's the point. If a planet can be compared to a star it's really big
Could you make a video on what it would be like to stand on a planet being ripped apart by tidal forces? Would it have rocks flying off the surface? Would you fly off the surface?
Can you do a video on super earths?
Yes
Yes
Johnny Kilroy yes
Yeah do it

You never release a boring video...and this is why this channel is one of my favorites!!!Keep up the great work

I really like this channel cause it's simple and easy to understand. Thank you for offering us great moments in here!
Thank you for this Informative Video, Dreksler Astral. :D
Well aliens on those planets will surely think their planet is flat
No one can live in a gas giant
@@beast_ennard7478 looooool
@@beast_ennard7478 How u can say it, lol ?
Beast_ennard yeah its true no life form on gas planet
@@beast_ennard7478 That's possible but not for us
I thoroughly enjoyed this
Absolutely wonderful. The universe is so massive I can’t wrap my brain around it.
love u for these informative videos
I know this has nothing to do with the video, but hear me out. Why does everybody assume all life needs oxygen and water to survive. Our needs for life may be different than an alien species needs for life. So, somewhere in the universe/ universes there may be a different kind of life that we cannot comprehend. It maybe in a alternate dimension or in ours, but it’s just a theory.
We've looked into that. That's why some suspect that there is life on Saturn's Moon Titan.
Oxygen may very well not be needed. We have life even here on Earth that does not require oxygen. But when it comes to water, there are few liquids that are better suited for the task. I guess theoretically one can imagine for instance methane-based life (on Titan and elsewhere). But methane is only liquid at very low temperatures, so any such lifeforms (if they exist) would be bound to be more rare.
Your videos are really informative. Keep up the good work
Hey bro don’t believe it all- just wonder how they know a sun 1000 light years away is made of carbon, and how they can measure the forces of the black hole in the centre of our galaxy, and how they can even see the black hole, we only just got 4K imagery of mars…
*great video. hopefully more small exoplanets will be discovered soon, as they are likely to be rocky*
The Exoplanets Channel And has similar gravity to earth
Terrestrial planet
@iMaGiNE this was almost a year ago, dipshit
Holy shit that first planet is like half the size of the sun damn that's gigantic
No matter how big they are...they still fit in my screen
i love ur videos bro! keep it up! :D
Where do you get the animation of these planets? They're sooooo realistic 😮
Finally someone talks about HD 100546 b.
Also the largest possible candidate for planet is bigger than our sun. KOI-3617 b.
This is fascinating.
Fact that we can measure the wind on an exoplanet is freaking incredible.
joe Yet we can’t do it accurately on Earth

But what are the biggest rocky planets ever discovered?
Rock.
Gabriël Ozo Kepler 10c and also Kepler 22b dough it is a giant water world

It's both terrifying and fascinating to know that there are planets bigger than Jupiter
Love your content

There should be a new category called gas whoppers.

Once again, thank you for blowing my mind.
It's 320 light years away, so it's pretty much unreachable with current technology.
Jupiter :I am big

What's the backround music?
Dreksler Astral There really needs to be a definition to properly tell the difference between a planet larger than Jupiter and a brown dwarf. Do you agree?
Should have gone smallest to larger planets. Good vid though

How do we measure the mass of planets?
