I have a question that I would love to ask but I have noticed that there are no comments here. I am not sure that you are still available to answer questions. Please advise. Thanks

Q1: Can *Negligence* (as a cause of action) be applied as the cause of Wrongful Death?
(like the way Medical Malpractice can be the cause of a Wrongful Death)
Q2: If so, can that "extend" the statute of limitations to cover/include Wrongful Death)?
(i.e. - if a person sues for Negligence, which has a limitation of 3 years,
can that window include Wrongful Death, which has a limitations of 2 years)?
