Another suggested best practice: don't change dies or put your fingers in the shears as you walk around the running machine trying not to step on the foot pedal.

We use a muncher this has a shear a 90 cut and a nocher but it has a long stroke for cnc form tooling we design .

Not sure if Scotchman is available in Maharashtra, you could contact them but there are lots of manufacturers of ironworkers in India like Bhavya Machine Tools in Gujarat.

You can reach out to your local Scotchman rep. They are very helpful and will give you current prices and usually setup a meeting where you can see/use a machine at a customers shop near you.
