    Question: I know many who use a shallower mouthpiece for this solo. Did you use any special equipment for this?
    I ask, because the high register is gorgeous and clear, while the low register seems a little more brittle than usual. (Might just be because of microphone type/placement)

      I use a Dillon Chris olka cb2 European shank (helleberg style).
      I am very happy how this mouthpiece corresponds with my f tuba b&s jbl. Jens Björn Larsen himself plays a helleberg and designed this instrument with this kind of mouthpiece. The one I use is a bit bigger because that suited me better.
