Hey Maggie, it is actually fixed ratio that is best after variable ratio. VR > FR > VI > FI

Awesome video and explanation! So we won't need to put in order the next most effective ones? If you were to, what would you put after variable ratio and then variable interval? Also, are you guys planning on making an Amino Acid all you need to know/strategies video anytime soon? I feel like that would be so helpful if possible :)

I would think variable interval but another commenter said fixed ratio so they could very well be correct! You won’t have to put them in order, no. And yes amino acids is one of our high yield videos we have on the horizon!
