Clears up so many of the early stumbling blocks that others skip over. Thank you.

Great job! You always remind me that yoyoing is an activity to relax and clean your mind rather than I competitive game that you "have to know all the tricks".

Played with cheap yo-yos in my early teens. Just got back into it last month in my early 30s, with access to plenty of yoyo resources on the internet, and my own income lol, has been a lot of fun. I want to say thank you Diego for your channel it has been one of my favorite tools on this journey, great work.

    Such a useful video! 🔥
So many beginner tips that no one seems to talk about, like the actual way to throw a breakaway and not just the totally beginner way for kids. Even the tips like keeping your elbows close to your body and to shorten your string barely seems to get mentioned in other videos. part 2 please!! 🙏

Thank you! Any suggestion for topics to include in part 2?

@@DiegoBYoyothings hmm 🤔 maybe some tips on front style throwing? I remember always finding that way more awkward than side style. Like throwing more forward than straight down so you have more time to prepare. Or putting your non-throw hand side foot forward so you're not leaning forward to avoid hitting your body.

@@DiegoBYoyothingsSafety throws, snags, other ways to adjust string tension, controlling the yoyo via the string not arm movements, very basic maintenance

I don't know that trick but from a quick look I would suggest to keep your throwhand as close as possible to the yoyo to make the loop bigger when the yoyo falls
