I have Venus(5th lord) conjunct with Mars(6th lord) @same degree in 3rd house
And Debilitated Jupiter(7th lord) in 8th house aspected by Saturn(Dara-karaka) from 6th house.

What if couple cannot concieve or they got married late in life and cannot raise a child, or if the couple is somehow disabled. Does this mean their life is like that of an animal? Sorry, thats streching too far. Couples can still pursue a spiritual path without having children.
Exceptional cases can be differnt, but I was speaking in gerenal for 99% of the people. Take care!

When you say Mars with 7th lord, do you mean the 7th lord in the horoscope, or Venus as lord of Libra?

Thank you for this video. I'm Scorpio ascendant. My D9 chart has venus in 6th house and Mars in 7th house. Jupiter is in my lagna in both D1 and D9 in Scorpio (for both). Can you please tell me what this placement of Venus and Mars in D9 can mean?

Both energies will likely play out. MKS doesn't mean that the planet is weak, it means that the planet and its significance are hindered from payout it optimally and this frustrates the native.
