It's ideal for someone looking to be based in the town centre and doesn't mind having neighbours so close they can probably see inside your property! You can't use that roof for leisure purposes, it's made of a torch on bitumen felt, in the summer you wouldn't even be able to walk across it without damaging it and compromising it's integrity.

i thought you would need to install some kind of deck on the roof, it did look fragile, especially against chair legs.
