As someone who does rhythmic gymnastics, whilst Cheng Xiao is AMAZING for a non-professional, she is not near Olympic standards, not flexible enough, and doesn't have the right body type of a professional rhythmic gymnast. To be at Olympic level you would have to train day-in-day-out, if you don't for say 2-3 months it would be practically impossible to get back to as high level.
