High Pitched 2001 - SRN Siren Test in Omaha, NE

Siren 521F is located near Farnam & Harney Streets at Columbian Elementary School. This used to sound normal pitched but when they relocated it about 200 feet east, the power source changed, along with the pitch. Douglas County tests their sirens on the First Wednesday of the Month at 11 AM, March - October (Weather permitting)

Is this siren dented? It kinda looked like it was just hit with a rock when it rotated towards the camera.

Yes it is. It was most likely dropped during the relocation process and hammered back out.

They don't have a contract with Federal so they cannot. I'd rather see more 128s.

@@TheMatsushitaMan No sirens from the current system have been filmed in Boys Town yet. Only the past system of 3T22s which were removed in the end of August 2011.
