First option: You can upgrade the firmware image of HMI form 15.1 to 17. Second option: Downgrade the PLC project from TIA17 to TIA15.1. After that you can communicate PLC with the HMI.

@@plctraining i have followed the steps above using Tia v17 and there was no issue while uploading i think the plc supports v17.
@@plctraining the plc supports Tia v17 but my HMI KTP409 basic version is 15.1 what to do now.?
First option: You can upgrade the firmware image of HMI form 15.1 to 17.
Second option: Downgrade the PLC project from TIA17 to TIA15.1.
After that you can communicate PLC with the HMI.
