I love this so much! I once did a look similar to this, no where near as good as this though but I did really enjoy toning it down on the bright colors

Love this look! How did you make the little curl that sits on your forehead?

Thank you! I gathered up my baby hair and styled it using hair spray. I think I twisted it and sprayed it down onto my forehead lol. Hair gel would also work!
