I really like having a ptz joystick, and seems like it might make a good replacement of atem mini pros. Only thing it might be missing is Companion / streamdeck support. Also wanted to see if HDMI supports independent multi-view and PGM, but I didn't see it here.

So my question is, can I use this to have the camera 1 set up on the presenter, and then while recording the video, switch to monitor 1, 2, and 3 as required? I realise the NeoLIVE R2 can do so much more than this, especially for live, multicam work. And we'll get into that. But I need to know it can do the above single can/multi-screen set up as well?
I have the ATEM mini pro iso and I think this unit is WAY better. I'm really jealous of being able to use the USB port to connect to the computer AS WELL AS another port for recording to a USB storage device. I also would love to have two PGM outputs. Have you done long sessions with it? does it ever overheat?
Decent build overall for the chassis but the smaller buttons are not the best and easily stuck sideways since they're raised so much. The power port upon attaching the power supply turned immediately seemingly loose. Not sure how long this will last and may give it to a friend for his own use and testing.

If you record that to the usb drive, does it dumb down the higher rez video, upscale the lower rez video or just put the lower rez video on the recording with a black frame? @@JoshConnectMedia No, if a camera is set to 4K, will it accept the input and downscale it to 1080p automatically. Right now, the Osee GoStream will not do that, for example. You have to set the camera to 1080p before it will see the input. Hoping the Sprolink doesn't make you do that.
This looks so good, one thing I noticed is that it uses USB Type A I have no idea why, also the build quality does not seem as good as Atem mini, maybe it is just in the video, but I really feel that this device replaces my Atem mini to much better workflow

I have the original Neo Live R2, and I've noticed that the HDMI output video has a strong darker contrast compared to the input video sources. Has this issue been resolved with this newer version?
How does the logo fonction work? Does the switcher keep graphics in its memory so when I go from one location to another it’s always in the switcher or do I need to load graphics each time?
I find those switchers to be almost all the same. I still don't see a point to leave OBS apart from the multi HDMI in and offloading the video processing from my computer. For everything else, OBS is ahead. Even things like autoswitch should be a basic feature, as most of these devices are targeting small to medium content creators, usually working solo. Big budget productions will look elsewhere. And the 1080p 🤦♂️

Dude thank you for the video but those transitions are so lame and you really need to sort your shutter speed out to stop the light flicker, it’s not hard to resolve..
This is definitely not the best switcher of 2024 so the title is clickbate. The switcher is good and has some great features but it is missing ISO recording and multiview out. There are other switchers on the market that have everything this switcher has and more.
In 2024 the first feature I want to hear about on ANY live stream or video switcher is PORTRAIT VIDEO SUPPORT. These boxes NEED to be able to crop AND ROTATE all sources in order to facilitate portrait compositions (laid out in landscape but 90° rotated to make it portrait). And if it has a multiview that multiview needs to be able to rotate the sources 90° to show the portrait layout properly. Additionally it would be nice to see a full on portrait oriented multiview entirely
