Arcade HSF2...No speed that matches SSF2X Turbo 3, Barcelona Attack input bug, S and X Sagat extra recovery frames on Tiger shots. Honestly the PS2 Capcore re-release is the best version.
I’d love to see an arcade patch that matches the sf2 characters with the correct punch and kick sounds from that game. They are stored in the rom but aren’t referenced in the game like they are in the ps2 version.
