Is it safe to drink one 16oz bottle of GT’s kombucha daily? How much iodine is in one bottle?

It is healthy , iodine isnt listed in the nutritional facts so im unsure of there is even ay

I read that there is “insanely high iodine content in kombu kelp, this is an excellent dietary supplement for those of you who prefer not to consume iodized salt” and “kombucha is traditionally made from kombu kelp, or brown seaweed, and is also known as kelp tea. However, Western-style kombucha is made from dried or powdered kombu mixed with green tea and poured over hot water, and is acidic fermented.” so I’m trying to find out if this particular product contains kombu or kelp mainly because I need to know it’s iodine content.
