Nana is hilarious. And I think it's important to have people who don't typically stray outside of their comfort zone review food. Every family has at least one person like that, so getting her review is valuable!

Umami is that savory “coming together” that creates the overall blended flavor. To have UMAMI in a dessert (the miso strawberry pastry) is indeed rare!
2:38 as soon as I saw Nana wave the fork in the frame, my first thought was - “Why don’t they bring reusable utensils to these events they do them so often?” Sure enough, 2 minutes and 30 seconds in Tom is looking for utensils as per usual.
@ I think I saw an ad for a set that comes with a spray bottle so you can clean and wipe them down. I’ve considered purchasing a set for the food festivals. I could never find one of the sets that Disney offered a few years ago.
