I’ve had these trimmers for about a month and I definitely like them. Like the quality and feel of them. Out the box, I actually had to dial back the blade a lil because they were a little too sharp. I agree with what another commenter said on here, try them out yourself. Also, the blade is interchangeable with the Slim Line pro. Basically this is a much much more improved Slim Line pro
I appreciate your take bro. I think it's best to get these in hand and try them because everyone's experience will be different. Everyone seemingly trashed the Andis Revite clipper and I picked em up last week and I love the Revite. Having the ability to change the blade from a fade blade to a taper blade or vice versa is super dope to me. People said the guards that come with it are trash but i disagree. They work well but I also have the single magnet purple guards if I want to switch it up. The dual magnet purple guards don't fit the Revite clipper. To me, Andis is incapable of making a trash product. All my Andis clippers and trimmers hit hard and I've got them all. I too had the gray corded classic trimmer as my first pair of trimmers. I now have the cordless Exo GTX black trimmer, the slimline pro LI and the slimline pro LI GTX. Zero gapping to me is a non issue. I zero gap everything so I'm used to that. The only trimmer I didn't have to zero gap out the box were my babyliss pro FX3 trimmers. Them joints hit hard fresh out the box. Other reviewers have said they had to unzero gap them slightly. I agree with you on the price. 250 is steep for a trimmer. Imma cop em though and I'll let you know what I think of them. Keep the great content coming bro.
Great review! Most in-depth and thorough one I've seen on this model. I just purchased this after a lot of research. I'm not a barber - just for personal use (all-around body grooming) and during travel. I was also looking at the FX3 Trimmer and the Moser Li+Pro II Mini. Deciding factor for me was that it has the travel lock feature, the wireless charging and the premium attachment guards that come with it. Perfect for my needs. And I'm coming from an Andis BGR+ ceramic clipper that's like 13 years old haha. And that was great, so I trust Andis. Hopefully it works out. Thanks again.
Unit received from Andis and it was completely defective. Wouldn't charge or power on at all. Plus, it had gaps in the casing that didn't look right at all. Returning it and will try one more but not a good look for Andis. Pretty disappointing.
I agree about it feeling premium, I love the look and feel its very comfortable in the hand. But I also agree this isn't a barbershop trimmer. I've had it for about a month and once the novelty of a new trimmer wore off I realized it's not great. I have zeroed it in and still doesn't feel sharp. Hitting the same spot 2/3 times for a sharp line. And it's starting to get clogged with balding. Another fat L by andis unfortunately
Andis is moving to the walmart buyer, theyre making clipper and trimmers with no power, theyre glorified body hair trimmers and thats ok i guess for their customers

Dude those guards fit soooooo secure, I love the way you can change between fade and taper blades as well. The blends come out FLAWLESSLY
