  • Among the zisha pot devices, the four-sided transmission furnace (also known as transmission furnace, four-legged pig) combines high production technology, cultural connotation in one.
The shape of the pot belongs to the Zisha square ware light goods category, Laozi said, "The great elephant is invisible, the great ingenuity does not work". The ultimate of a pot is to see the temperament. Among the pots made by Yu Guoliang, a famous pot artist in the late Qing Dynasty and early Civil War, are the best heirlooms. Many famous artists have also made this model, so let's enjoy different versions of this pot today.

Beautiful work. I have a few of these delightful teapots (sold to me as cheap ornaments), in use everyday - to me teabags are the devil’s work, it is much more pleasurable to use the loose leaf. One of the pots makes a gurgling sound as it pours - always makes me smile.

Considering time, materials, energy costs to fire the ceramic, and yes, the time it takes both to learn and to make something with actual quality and value, I think the three-digit cost for something like this is justified. If you want mass-produced crap that'll break under serious use, go to the supermarket and get what you pay for. I'm more interested in this.

No, I didn’t buy it because I told myself I was just going to browse, and not buy anything. All I can say it that whoever gave up this same style teapot and this color gave up a work of art!!!

It was nothing like this one then. This color is the color of the raw clay. It changes after firing process, besides, there was probably glaze on the one you saw and what you see was the color of the glaze. And if it was that cheap, it was a mass-produced moulded teapot imported from a poor country.

she only talked about color, how can you be so sure it's not the same thing, and she said it was in a thrift shop, so it's common to have valuable stuff that was given away at a cheap price, because the people who tag the pieces don't necessarily know the value of the items

The apprentice then replied, "master, i see a purple bruise on my arm" this time instead of striking his apprentice, the master says to him, "when see the purple clay teapots, you will no longer see purple bruises, and only then will you be ready to begin your training."
