I love those little scale WPL trucks. I’ve upgraded nearly everything on mine. It’s my favorite crawler out of the ones I own.

first upgrade i did was the battery. a new 3.7v 1800mah battery under 15 bucks gave it more power and way longer run time.

Yes very good and honest call. The lime car was crap and didn’t like how easy they make the setup sound (if your fluent in Chinese!!) Also glad you let everybody know about not accepting everything they ask. Great that Vinnie Bobarino had a burner but let’s face it anything that uses your phone as a controller is bound to be crap! I loved how you were like” cmon we gotta make this look good to sell” lol but you don’t push crap . A huge reason I watch is because you have integrity. Now a days people don’t even know what it is, let alone have any... keep keeping up the great content and stay safe over there. Canada is dealing with seasonal spikes of the virus too.

I picked up the xiaomi jimny as I'm a massive jimny fan. With a few upgrades it's a great little trail truck, but the phone doesn't really allow for controlled crawling, even if the chassis can do it.
You should do a review on the dhk hunter short course truck 3s capable thinking about getting it it would help a lot with your 2 sense

Kev use Evapo-Rust on the Xmax. I managed to get my Kraton in sea water and with Eavpo-Rust I got it back to perfect condition

why didn't you spray the XMax down with WD40 after your water run?
That's what WD40 intended use is 'Water Displacement 40'
Spray it everywhere, electrics bearings the lot and it'll get rid of all that water in areas you can't reach.
Saves the average Jo some pennies on new motors etc 😅👍🏻
