I really appreciate that this should doesn't give a time limit or other limitation like including a secret ingredient. This allows chefs the time and freedom to really present their best instead of what they could pull off given certain circumstances. I love a lot of cooking shows but it sometimes makes you wonder what the person could have done if they had time and freedom to create exactly what they intend. This really is so interesting on its own without added gimmicks. Great show and great job guys!!
