What would be so creative, if they put a long slab of glass between the Grey walls outside, create a small pumping system underneath, and turn it into a waterfall! 👌🏾♦️
Quite spacious but doors, locks, burglarproof and windows appear substandard, again closets and cabinets are imported soft wood which doesn't last in our climate. And poor positioning of washroom appliances. No shower enclosure? No ACs? No water heater? USD250k ? Not not not. But location is OK.
@ Joyce I don’t think the house deserves that price because the tiles alone puts me off. The bedrooms are also too small. The only thing I like about it is the second kitchen upstairs
What sort of tile are those in the lounge and corridor? Why do these Ghanaian developers like to put their stamp on houses for sale? There should be neutral colours to suit all taste please. The island in the kitchen idea has also evaded the Ghanaian developers.
Looks"ZONGO"if you know what it means...toooo much tiles with different colors and designs....not modern....plus why kitchen too far from the dinning room...NOT A NICE PLAN.... UHHH can't stand the tiles..
Woow if anyone has a friend who's a bit heavy...they won't be able to walk around that tiny space on the side of the house😂...honestly love this house but Akofo Addo should FIX THE COUNTRY and make our beloved mothers land safer for all of us to come home and buy....our roads are disaster
The people have to fix things, not wait on leaders to do it. The land is mostly safe now, just avoid the bad areas ( in even first world countries) and do not travel alone after dark.
House is Massive.. Wasn't expecting that kitchenet upstairs.. Never seen that before..
I love this house, the primary bedroom is just massive as I expected, beauriful
The double wall gray brick structure on the front of the house is a wonderful "parkour" access, should be redesigned for security.
Thanks a lot Doksimon, well presentation and the house is really beautiful, I love it
Woow you can't tell its that spacious from inside, absolutely fabulous design. I love 😍 it
This is beautiful bro 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
Thanks brov... Come and Buy, you've got too much money

GOD bless you all
All the rooms have such garish tiles. Please be simple to suit all taste.

Amazing, such a beautiful home 👌👌👌.
Phenomenally gorgeous!
I would not want that house even if it was free. Soooooo many different tiles to get tired of real fast.

I would take it if it was free. Then spend money to change the tiles.
@@sweetbadd9852 Wasn't only the tile for me.
House is beautiful4 😅
Beautiful
Perfect, thanks👍🏽
Wow, the finishes are on spot, do they rent as well? Or only sales?
Just sales bro.
Nice House but the FLOOR TILES and the Kitchen Tiles NOT nice
I love most of the things l see, but the kitchen title was too much for me.
Yes, the walls were too much on the eyes 👀

UHHH can't stand the tiles..
House is beautiful, would have been more beautiful if it was a smart house.
Nice one tho.
No Ac, water heater i think some developers need to check houses been built in lagos Nigeria and get some ideas from there.
Bro can you share the architect who design this building's number with me?
Everything was wonderful until the tiler entered the chat room.
But as an agent we can’t fault you for weird developer state
The tiles on the floors are poorly finished
Nice one but the amount in dollar would be better tho
It's already in dollars $250,000
Not good at all there is no windows for natural air
Whats up with those ugly, fake green grass strips on the compound of the house??? Ahhhh, & then on top of that, all those different tiles? NOPE!!!
