FYI - If you stay “locked on” during exe’s, your revenge meter won’t fade. I just hold LT during exes out of habit at this point because of that. Good stuff as always my man!
What do you use for dodge and guard break? Or rather what’s your controller layout? I’ve been using L3 and R3 for sometime because it prevents extra movement but sometimes it’s not as responsive in specific situation when pushing in L3 to dodge.

You should play more gladiator he’s a really fun character
you can do crushing counter lights from his qi stance. Works if you enter qi with a heavy attack as well

I think you should benefit more from Heal on Block, since it triggers with deflects too.
I don’t know if you know this already but you can just dodge out of the qi stance for the deflects

I think you would really enjoy zanhu. He deflects and has a super fast undodgeable zone. Also has unblockable lights and dodge attack from both sides
