Seeing your gamemode struggle, I feel obligated to tell you that MC has a vanilla feature where you can switch gamemode by pressing f3+f4 (hold f3, press f4 to cycle modes). Hope this helps!
You can try to stop the vanilla villagers from pathfinding by putting them over a bunch of stacked carpets (they will think they're in the air and won't try to move) or maybe putting them on seats could help since (as I was told) most villager lag comes from pathfinding

Check out Create: Less Ticking, it turns off inactive stuff and I think also helps "cull" activity out of render range. Create has a lot of low level tick stuff, but you have thousands of those entities, so turning those off when not in use might help a lot. Also I said elsewhere: put a block on hoppers to prevent their ticking when inactive -- hoppers do a constant check for entities flowing in, but with their top covered they stop doing that and only activate when an entity is put in manually or by another thing.
also: shotgun shells use paper for the shell hull because it is a historically easily moldable material when coated with wax or processed to be hardened. Paper was cost effective, lightweight, and easily moldable. Now we use plastic usually, but paper is still in use for niche use I think. Plastic hulls can also hold bigger rounds? I'm not sure, but I think a plastic hull will be less likely to be faulty than a paper one when loaded with much larger than historically used slugs; think a taofledermaus slug xD

You should make a GMC CCKW truck to transport the finished ammo to a supply base on the edge of your colony/city. Make a cool little base to go with your tank, your ship, and artillery bunker. Really go full military industrial complex!
Make a train maintenance facility like that in Altoona, Pennsylvania, where you could build your locomotives, and big glass-roofed train station, where you can have a train yard to keep your trains that aren’t in use
Hi Sbeev, I have an idea for a Create Mod Addon you could use, its called Create: Radars and like the name says, it adds Radars. With the Radars you can see Mobs, constructions (like ships or something) and some other things, you can use this, to automatically operate Weapons for example. I thought it would be cool for the ship or the artillery, sadly it has only one version on Cursforge that is 1.21.1 or something (I dont know how it is on Modrinth).
@@Sbeevif you do add it not sure how far the radar can link from buildings you can make a radar facility were you can defend different areas of your base from afar. From what I remember I think each cannon will near their own radar depending on how far they are from each other or what direction they are facing and if they have a full 360 view you can make them spin.

Hello! If you have problems with fluids in cargo containers, and dont want to cheat with teleportation - you can pack fluids in backets, cells or what ever your mods support, an then transport items with ship and trains :D
Now do... a chinook! One that can lower a line, grab something, and fly off with it. Idk what kind of assemble-align-disassemble sorcery you'd need to do. Maybe you could make the blades look smeared so they always seem a little in motion even when disassembled. Orrrr you could build it to carry around other vehicles instead.

If you get Create: Tweaked controllers you can make your WASD and Arrow keys work on a controller so you can aim your turret and move at the same time. Also get create:radars it is just so cool and lets you automaticly aim autocannons and large cannons+ it looks great.

Anther mod which could help with lag is called spark profiler. It creates a profile which tells you exactly what’s messing with the tps and other stuff
Hmm... Fitting the tank into the factory gave me a thought; you could make a half-track truck- to use as a land-based goods transport that doesn't need tracks... Or as, like, a car to drive around when you don't feel like using a full-on tank. As for why a half-track? Because it has tracks, just like the tank.
If you could find a way to make warehouses from monecolonies interact with train deliveries that'd be really neat. I know some people use refined storage or ae to connect to the warehouse and input and output items but I'm not sure how all that works and you seem like the type who could figure that out. It'd be awesome if stuff could be delivered to the colony via train and it's get input directly into the colony system
villagers do lag way less if you pu them on two carpets stacked on each other because they dont pathfind and check every block in your world 60 times per second to figure out where they want to go anymore

I think I commented this last time but I think crate interactive should fix your fluid train problem the only thing you would have to do to your train system is to add the train cards at the end of dead end railroads. Plus any contraptions you add in the future after you assemble them you won’t have to disassemble it to add or remove stuff.
If history has taught me anything this increase in war material mean only one thing, lots of cool gun footage!

Not only that but f3 + n will cycle you between spectator mode and your previous gamemode, so you can quickly go back and forth.

You could move the Train one block back and it would be symmetrical and you could load off from every port.

You can use F3+F4 to quicky switch between gamemodes, and you can use F3+n to quickly switch between your current gamemode and spectator
At about 14:33 you can see what looks like a hole in the roof of one of your factories
around 13:05 why don't you make the train go back 1 block so you can use 4 of the things instead of 3? this would make more sense to do in my opinion.

The reason I assume for the shotgun ammo needing paper is for wading. The wad holds the pellets together in a real life shotgun shell.

I think you need to build a power plant and power lines and do a whole episode converting everything to electricity.
