No not annual. But there's a sequel called All - Acesss and you'll find out the secret behind acesss. The story spun by the bum is a lie. Access can jump between universes and space/time. There's no long line if guardians. There's only Alex. The crossover is caused by Alex staying in one place to long. There will be more almalgams. Up to and including blue energy superman with Thor. Called Thor -EL Kryptonian God of Thunder. Even welding a energy version of Mjiolnir. The ultimate bad guy is Darkseid.
Finally someone is doing this. I don't think there's a single recap or summary of any of the DC Marvel crossovers at all on RUclips. Now if only someone could do the smaller events like Superman/Spiderman, Batman/Spiderman, Batman/Daredevil, and the like.
I think you missed one vital point with why the two brothers decided to make peace. It wasn't explained that well in the comic, but it actually makes sense for them and ties back to why they decided to fight in the first place: The two brothers had spent so long apart that they'd forgotten about each other, and they'd basically adopted a sort of "but the most wonderful thing about supreme cosmic beings is that I'm the only one!" So, when they found out about each other, each of them basically went "Wait, is that another me?! That means I'm not the only one! We can't have that, there's only room for one of me here! The other guy has got to go!" And so they decided to have that fight to determine which of them was the best version of "me." Nobody ever said the brothers were smart. When they were shown the backgrounds of Batman and Captain America, it wasn't the heroism of the two that convinced the brothers to stop fighting, it was the fact that they saw all the heroes of the different worlds and discovered that even though there were many of them, each one was unique. It's illustrated in the phrase from both Bat's and Cap's summaries: "He became one among many, but remained forever unique." With that, the brothers saw that you know, it's possible to be one among many and still be unique, they understood that they were not, in fact the same, and the multiverse had room enough for the both of them and for their respective universes. So they made peace and parted ways as equal, but separate individuals, just as their universes parted ways as separate, but equal universes. ^_^

The older I get the more I want conflicts to be ended with a peaceful resolution. It's always so disappointing when two characters with differing ideologies fight and the end solution is to just kill one of them. Let's find a way to put both of our viewpoints to work and make the world better for all of us!
I would say my favorite side bit in these crossovers was when the Avengers see the Hall of Justice and think the JLA is a bunch of Narcissistic maniacs, but when the JLA sees the Marvel Universe they are aghast that the Heros have so much crime still.

I've been waiting for years to see a DC/Marvel crossover that is in continuity within each universe. Take one character from each side and swap them out for a year. Don't make it an obvious choice either like Superman, Batman, or Spider-man. Use a villain/hero swap maybe. I really just want to see the lasting affects of such a crossover. Imagine how Doctor Doom could impact DC or Green Lantern exploring the depths of the Marvel cosmos. Ben Grimm joining the Doom Patrol could be interesting too. We need something new rather than more reboots or restarts.
I think you got your wish. DC vs Marvel and JLA/Avengers was made canon to Marvel lore. And in Doomsday Clock they mentioned Superman teaming with Hulk. And in Donny Cates Thor issue two, we'll see Metropolis, and Flash, Green Lantern and Superman fighting the Black Winter.

I’m a bigger Marvel fan than DC but Wolverine is not an even match for Lobo. Mutant with healing and claws bs a literal divine being. That was a fan vote match. Superman vs hulk nerf or no nerf is a one sided match too. Even if you could argue that hulk could out strength Superman, he can’t out speed, out think, or out play him. Worthiness seems to be based on an individuals willingness to stand up for what they believe in. Not morality or anything. I'd say He-Man is most likely worthy, he's willing to do anything for Eternia.

I love crossovers. They are usually pretty great. My fondness of them started with The Jetsons/The Flintstones crossover. It will always expand the characters and the stories. I’d love to see Marvel/DC start a new universe based on the Amalgam comics series. The Wolverine/Batman combo is great and so are most of the others. That would be a great movie series.
Wolverines was by far the most inaccurate fight being that he didn't have the adamantium infused to his skeletal system. Lobo should have won that outright just because of his sheer strength.
It must have been a while since you read these. They fought until one person immobilized the other (not knock out) . The in universe reason was given because a fight between Superman and Hulk could last a really long time and they wanted to keep it short.

I read this series when it came out. I have these comics. Every reader knew these were just for fun. The comics even had a tally sheet in the back. They couldn't just kill heroes off because of fan outcry. They wanted to have a give/take for each fanbase. Mostly out of respect.

DC has Overpowered heroes with Superficial flaws, but DC's multiverse is much more fleshed out and we'll built, as well as DC stories are far superior. Marvel characters are more grounded and deeply flawed, but the Marvel multiverse is a convoluted mess and the stories are lackluster

The DC Versus Marvel series was one of my favorites. I remember when it came out and you didn't just need to go to a comic book shop to find comic books. I walked in to an Eckerd Drugs and seen them on a magazine rack. Of course I bought the first issue then went back days later to finish off the set.
The winners of the fights were decided by polls. That's how Wolverine beat Lobo, despite having a vastly inferior healing system and Lobo being vastly more powerful.

Thanos and Darkseid host a cosmic challenge in an alternate universe to see which universe has the best villains. I know, sounds very farfetch, but it would be interesting to say the least.
I agree with Lobo's power level (Superman would lose to him), his ability to target an opponent's weakness, the fact that he can't die (he can't enter Heaven or Hell), and that each drop of blood turns into a fully grown Lobo just as powerful as the original, Wolverine wouldn't have a chance against Lobo.

When I first read the panel of Catwoman falling into a truck of sand I thought the writers took inspiration from Batman Returns where she falls after fighting Batman and lands in a similar truck and says, "Saved by kitty litter."

Nah..if you revisit this too much it becomes mundane. What makes crossovers like this unique is its not a yearly thing but comes once in a lifetime.

Don't make it an obvious choice either like Superman, Batman, or Spider-man. Use a villain/hero swap maybe. I really just want to see the lasting affects of such a crossover. Imagine how Doctor Doom could impact DC or Green Lantern exploring the depths of the Marvel cosmos. Ben Grimm joining the Doom Patrol could be interesting too. We need something new rather than more reboots or restarts.

I love crossovers. They are usually pretty great. My fondness of them started with The Jetsons/The Flintstones crossover. It will always expand the characters and the stories. I’d love to see Marvel/DC start a new universe based on the Amalgam comics series. The Wolverine/Batman combo is great and so are most of the others. That would be a great movie series.
My head canon is that wolverine stole the bat mobile using the same nonsense claw-key trick he used to steal Cyclopes bike in the X-men movies.

Wolverines was by far the most inaccurate fight being that he didn't have the adamantium infused to his skeletal system. Lobo should have won that outright just because of his sheer strength.
It must have been a while since you read these. They fought until one person immobilized the other (not knock out) . The in universe reason was given because a fight between Superman and Hulk could last a really long time and they wanted to keep it short.

I read this series when it came out. I have these comics. Every reader knew these were just for fun. The comics even had a tally sheet in the back. They couldn't just kill heroes off because of fan outcry. They wanted to have a give/take for each fanbase. Mostly out of respect.

Wolverine beating Lobo and Storm beating Wonder Woman is just plain fucking stupid.
Namor also has the abilites OF many sea creatures. For isntance he CAN fire bolts of electricity, ie. The electric eel....he can creat biolumenscent bursts to blind his opponents. Rarely, if ever used because he's so strong and savage, he seldom needs to pull those tricks out.
BUt they were mostly two page fights. And Peter David was wrtign Aquaman at the time, so Aquaman's victory is a bit fishy.
