Version two, I miss it. I started playing 2020, and know all the places shown in this video, I spent a lot of time in that phantom building with my friends, Raptor5x and Atlantic.
Anyways, back in version 2, getting under the beach was heck easy, you just had to go to one of the sides where the beach met the water, walk underwater, then under the beach. As of Version 3 this is now impossible as the sand area of the beach has been extended to go down past the point where you respawn on top.
The good old days where you could kill someone on the beach, and then murder them from underneath it are gone :(

you are wrong, it is possible to go on the top of the red building, I did it once, you just have to do a transfert between 2 ballons... actually there are chairs on the top
