Ingredients:
Coffee Powder - 1/2 tsp
Hot Water - 2 tbsp
Oil - 1/ 3cup (55gm or 85 ml )
Curd - 1/3 cup (80 gm )
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup & 2 tbsp (120 gm)
All Purpose Flour/ Maida - 1 cup (150 gm )
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 pinch
Milk - 1/2 cup (100 ml)
For Homemade Caramel Sauce
Sugar - 1/2 cup (100 gm)
Butter - 1/4 cup (50 gm) Salted or unsalted
Salt - 2 pinch (only if you are using unsalted butter )
Cream - 1/2 cup (100 ml)
For Cream :
Cream - 1 cup (200 ml)
Walnuts and choco chips for garnishing

I tried this cake on my brother's birthday. And it turned out sooooo nice. Thank you Ma'am. My mom does not like chocolate cakes. But she has eaten this one with so much relish. Hi, Marvelous looking cake, could you please give substitute for yogurt, as you said you hv given in description but could not find one.
Ooops sorry o forgot to mention it.. instead Of curd. Either you can add 2 eggs or add 1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice in milk, use that milk to make batter ( but with this milk vinegar, reduce the quantity of baking soda to 1/4 tsp

Dear curd means plain dahi or plain yogurt .. if you still can’t find it , then instead of curd / Yogurt , you can either add 2 eggs or add 1 tsp vinegar in milk & use that milk to make tha batter ..
