@@Kiki.shannan I'd agree with that price. I buy some Japanese figurines that are hand painted and they cost a fortune, but worth it as they are unique and made with love and care. But sadly, I think he/she might get into trouble if they tried to sell them.

It's felting i'm p sure. You hook the felt fibres into each other to stick layers on and shpe the material. Actually really difficult and i've never seen it done so well.
