You should only try to attempt this if its only small sections that are flat. Even if you get those fins up theres a good chance of a pin hole in that radiator due to using any tools. Now ive been told by shade tree mechanics to fix a pin hole in the coolant system you crack an egg into the anti freeze and that should block it but its not a permanent fix. To me id rather a robust fix that lasts a long time screw planned obsolescence

I used bend these as a kid all the tim the a/c. I started doing HVAC and got one of these combs. Its odly satisfying.
Used that style years ago resurfacing our A/C units at the motel, Worked great. And it's better to drag it through.

Where is the handle for that comb? It's suppose to have a handle(usually looks like a screwdriver handle.). Those Finn's are razor sharp.
