The videos are the same and there isn’t much originality, as much as you’re smashing it at the moment I think you should plan for a transitional period when career mode eventually dies out. I’d hate for someone as talented as you to die out because of the same concept of videos are being posted. Things are going fantastic atm but I hope you have future plans in mind. Although different content to yours, it can definitely apply to you. They both started making NBA 2K content, they got popular posting that however they realised it wouldn’t last forever. Because of this they expanded their content and slowly moved to other things. They got even more popular and taking that risk worked out in the end. I’m not saying career mode is dying out right now in this moment, definitely keep up what you’re doing as you’re killing it right now, I’m just saying when it eventually dies out what are you planning on doing from that point? I think a smart move would be to make another channel where you experiment with different content and build another audience as your personality is already there, and you can definitely venture into different things (while you still post on this channel, although I can imagine putting time into this will be the main issue). It could be different games, irl content (which other career mode creators have started doing) etc. It’s sort of a ‘rebuild’ in itself, getting ready for the future of the club and eventually winning the champions league (this is a good metaphor lmao). Even streaming when you can would be good, just to see if the RUclips audience transfers into livestreams and to see how it compares (stream highlights or vods would also be good to post to RUclips).
