for those who don't know, Balubas are an indigenous ethno-linguistic group living in the south-central region of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, so I guess the meaning of the song is that when animals go to sleep and the stars are up in the sky it's time for the group to sing, have fun, dance (around the campfire) etc... to dance their traditional dance called Baluba Shake. Please also note that the name of the group is "Brunetta and her Balubas" so maybe they imagine themselves as the Balubas having fun to the Baluba Shake
