for the guy who wants to come to the festival he can come. its usually held at the start of the year it already went on the 13 and 12 of February. they should react to what it looks like the songs from the country. please note that the feathers are modern stuff while the other stuff seen is considered traditional, its held over the course of 2 days but there are lots of parties and events that lead up to those two days so id say unofficially its probably a week or more long, but most people visit for only the two days.
