I think I’ve decided this is my favourite thing. I am loving the adventure- the gamble that is dipping into this surprise bag of games. Some great games, some stinkers, it’s the perfect lot.
Bingo98 was the reason I started catching Ian's streams semi-regularly. There's so much more structure and interactivity there than just playing a game and chatting, although there's nothing wrong with that once in a while. I'm ready to obsess over Bingo98 Season 4 or BingoXP.
oh man, that oregon trail 2 startup reminded me of being in the computer lab in elementary school, when someone would start up oregon trail instead of doing the work they were supposed to do but they forgot to check the volume so there was just a big loud YEEEEEE HAWW giving them away
I can see Señor coming out of the Next bus, Ian just saying “next!”, and Señor walking away sadly for a few seconds. Then a single gunshot as the camera fades.
I know this stream VOD is 6 months old, but I just had to point out that the dude @ 58:30 straight up looks like if a high school English teacher was forced to LARP in a play reenactment of Oregon Trail.
Oregon trail two intro music was such a rousing way to start a game. Every time I popped that game in the CD drive? I’d get a pretend fiddle and rip it up. I did hate that the music would just die at some point and never return lol. Good old glitches.
I'm glad you had fun with Tesselmania Mr Moose. if I remember correctly there's a whole bunch of premade tesselations in the game, I think some of them were even by M C Escher. I think there's also a way to animate your tesselations.
If you can do something to set up the prompts before hand to make the polls quicker, the chat decided Oregon Trail would be a great format. I would take bets on who and how many survive.
What a great follow-up! TesselMania was cool, Mario Teaches Typing had a cool rap song, Oregon Trail II was a blast, Garfield: Mad about Cats was pretty good, Winnie the Pooh was adorable, SimsTown was a good fun time. Great Word/Tune Land...oh my God. We're getting very close to a Bingo!
Holy shit those topics in Mario's Tunnel of Doom! I was honestly expecting 9/11 or something after Pearl Harbor, but I lost in when they continued on about Pearl Harbor 😂
It was kinda strange how they started with the 1906 earthquake, and then the rest of the typing was pretty relative to WWII and politics at that time lmao
God, the Winnie the Pooh series was so awesome and really high-quality back in ye old days (my Grandma still has a lot of the tapes). And Winnie the Pooh's Grand Adventure and The Tigger Movie were legitimately heart-breaking.
They had Mario Teaches Typing at my computer lab in elementary school lol but it didn’t even compete with Mavis Beacon despite my love for Nintendo at the time
I don't remember Garfield being associated with gross-out humour. I guess that was the 90's! Go back to burp school made me laugh a lot, it should be one of your clips
presidential assassination and atomic warfare themed passages in a mario themed typing game for children is insane lmao
I know like wtf were they thinking 😭😭

The Mario Teaches Typing game was some of the most bizarre shit I've seen in a while. I could not stop laughing out of pure astonishment
I think I’ve decided this is my favourite thing. I am loving the adventure- the gamble that is dipping into this surprise bag of games. Some great games, some stinkers, it’s the perfect lot.

I was asleep and had the bingo98 playlist going and I woke up and the exact time I needed to get up as the mario typing rap was going
oh man, that oregon trail 2 startup reminded me of being in the computer lab in elementary school, when someone would start up oregon trail instead of doing the work they were supposed to do but they forgot to check the volume so there was just a big loud YEEEEEE HAWW giving them away
LOL
1:09:23 Hey man! Thanks a lot! Happy spring to you too
1:33:07 "If we store our piss a bit, we might last longer without water."
2:33:03 and here I thought the “this time, I’m really gonna do it” joke from SimTown was about murder!
this is MTV's NEXT in gaming form
I can see Señor coming out of the Next bus, Ian just saying “next!”, and Señor walking away sadly for a few seconds. Then a single gunshot as the camera fades.
def want more tesselmania holy shit
I love listening to you play Oregon Trail so much
Garfield: Mad About Cats was my favorite game to play for a good few months when I was a kid! It made me so nostalgic to see it (and hear the audio)
THE MARIO TYPING TOPIC HAS ME IN STITCHES
pearl harbor attack is canon in mario world
I know this stream VOD is 6 months old, but I just had to point out that the dude @ 58:30 straight up looks like if a high school English teacher was forced to LARP in a play reenactment of Oregon Trail.
TesselMania seems pretty sick actually
Oregon trail two intro music was such a rousing way to start a game.
Every time I popped that game in the CD drive? I’d get a pretend fiddle and rip it up.
I did hate that the music would just die at some point and never return lol. Good old glitches.
I'm glad you had fun with Tesselmania Mr Moose. if I remember correctly there's a whole bunch of premade tesselations in the game, I think some of them were even by M C Escher. I think there's also a way to animate your tesselations.
Lil Howie's Fun House deadass taught me a lot of fundamentals hella early haha, i thought it was the shit when i was like 3-5 in the late 90s hahaha
Setting that cactus tessellation as my WP now for reals.
These games really take me back to good ol games like Timon and Pumbaa Jungle Games, and Dilbert's Desktop Games
That Simtown music is just a pleasant take on Old Time Rock 'N Roll
Mario Teaches Typing..with it's OST, art and wordings...it feels like a horror game
I was lurking in and out of this stream but it was a good stream all around. ♥️👍
great sim town reference in the thumbnail
Great content Ian keep it up!!!
Why does Mario Teaches Typing have such a fire soundtack
Great Word Adventure is the utterly bizarre shit. A full playthrough would be worth it.
loved simtown growing up, and it's how i found the main channel way back when!
This stream was a great time.
This is always one of my favorites to rewatch. The rap is so ridiculous and 90s lmao
Word Adventure (and its counterpart, Math Adventure) is one of the most insidious games ever made, as someone who grew up with it
its so wild that Maurice LaMarche voiced stinky.
I'm bout to moose it up!
Throwback stream! Yeaaah ❤
9/11 might have been a tad difficult but the Black Death would have been a nice addition. 🙃
It predates 9/11 since it came out in 1991!
HAHA not the simtown happy and sad quotes!
feeling very seen by 'used to shakin my gfuel, now i'm shakin my water'
also, i grew up very close to a place called 'blue mounds'
can't forget your gun bits
I’m like 70-80% sure I played that Garfield game as a child
God, the Winnie the Pooh series was so awesome and really high-quality back in ye old days (my Grandma still has a lot of the tapes). And Winnie the Pooh's Grand Adventure and The Tigger Movie were legitimately heart-breaking.

Every copy of TesselMania is personalized
They had Mario Teaches Typing at my computer lab in elementary school lol but it didn’t even compete with Mavis Beacon despite my love for Nintendo at the time
those garf hairballs sure were something lol
I love oregon trail!!! ♥️
the great word adventure felt so fucking cursed
Poor Mario's back must be in agony, hunched over like that.
Where do you find tesselmania!
I don't remember Garfield being associated with gross-out humour. I guess that was the 90's! Go back to burp school made me laugh a lot, it should be one of your clips
Wow, the virtual architect one is so boring.
