Does this come stock able to tx on CB channels or is it a mod? Been hearing conflicting information on these 10m rigs.

10m is ham. 11m is cb. Most of these 10m that look like cb radios can be modded to run 11m.

Anyone have any suggestions? I need a little help, I currently running a Galaxy 99 with a 2-pill, with Toshiba's 2290 pushing a fatboy 6-pill with Toshiba's. I was thinking about trying one of my Connex-4600 turbo with a sweet-16. Telex microphone and a Predator 10k antenna with an outback system. I do have a a 1-pill Texas star mod and a 2-pill mod....
