I would probably do the backyard first, the girls will love playing out there! The kitchen project may be a bigger undertaking than expected, I think if you got rid of the peninsula you would have to refinish the wood floors all over the first floor. Since you have family close it may be easy to stay with them while they’re doing that but something to think about!

The girls are so happy and laughing all the time! I live in South Carolina and I have always wanted a Sunroom or all season room! I don’t know if you do those in New England. But kitchens are my thing. When my boy’s were home I spent most of my day there. I was a huge gardener back then, beautiful memories ❤
The vid where court discovers 2 buck chuck ie TJs Charles Shaw. 😂😂 it’s an OG. We often buy cote de Rhône or Chianti at TJs because it’s so cheap but so good. Often find that European wines even though heavier and more full bodied have less alcohol % than American wines so less headache usually!

I have been struggling to find a salary position. I am 26 and now that I have to pay for health insurance, a car payment, car insurance, paying student loans, paying for grad school, and credit card bills, I'm in over my head. I am very thankful that my parents have allowed me to stay at home, rent-free, while I finish my master's degree. So while I may not have to grocery shop and pay rent or a mortgage, it is drastically impacting me. While I love my parents, I wish my boyfriend and I could live together. We have been together for three years and are talking about marriage seriously. I feel stuck, I feel like I can't start my own independent life and it's very discouraging. I'm not trying to be a negative Nelly but gosh it's rough out here. I watch your channel because while I'm not where you are yet, I feel so connected to you. Your channel brings me some needed escape from the never-ending stresses of life. (I do have four jobs to pay for what I have btw lol)
