How to Make Naruto's Rasenshuriken

This is a cheap and easy build I did one day of Naruto's Rasenshuriken. Due to it's size and fragile nature, I don't plan to sell them, so I'm going to show you how to make your very won :D
MDF is medium density fiberboard, which you can get at hardware stores, you can use wood, if you want to deal with splinters.
