ep 05. THE IMPORTANCE OF THANKSGIVING

How often do you give thanks to God? The Lord commands thankfulness. He wants us to develop a spirit of gratitude for the bad and good things that come in life. 1 Thessalonians 5:18 says that in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Jesus Christ concerning you. Many servants of the Lord in the bible displayed faithfulness and thanks to God and experienced salvation from sin. As human life is dependent on God's mercies, we should give God thanks in return always. God hears us and wants us to desire him. Philippians 4:6 "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God."
