Ben Johnson isn't going anywhere until he's wearing a super bowl ring. He doesn't have the experience to go to a shitty org and rebuild it. His off isn't going to look good without all these all pros at every position and honestly i think he knows all this that's why he's still here but to go from this to the bottom of the league would be a huge failure on the guy
