Jay, all I can say is wow!!! I just added the Stage 4 to my Street Glide. Hertz SX165Neos in upper fairing, SV165Neos lower fairings powered with the Hertz 1000w RMS, 2000w Peak amp. These video don’t do justice on how loud and how clear the audio is going down the highway!!! Huge thanks to you and everybody at Volunteer Audio answering all my questions and so helpful. If you’re considering a new system don’t hesitate, hit these guys up! Truly plug and play and can easily do yourself.
Received my kit yesterday and installed it today on 2023 FLTRXS. I have built a number of bikes in my time and used amps and speakers from a number of suppliers. Volunteer is outstanding. The prewired kit makes the install easy and the videos are a great resource. Outstanding phone support. Nice work
Great comparison. Really looking forward to upgrading my audio, hopefully this winter when I can't do anything but stare at the bike and imagine what it would be like living in a place without snow...
I'd really like to know what new stereo is coming out. I'm ready to pull the trigger on a combo. But knowing a new stereo is coming has me thinking I should wait.....obviously Jay wants to wait
The reason this video did not have the Soundstream radio was due to budget, not waiting on a new radio model. There will always be future radio models, future amps and future speakers. Waiting would be like saying “I’ll go without a phone because there is a new one coming out”
Hi Jay thanks for sharing. With subs in the saddlebags at 80 mph do you have to turn the subs off because you won't be able to hear them ? Will they blow .

Jay with the newer limited. Did you have to use a spacers for the front 6.5 speakers. Or was it a drop and fit?

You don’t set the subs to blow at full volume, volume is what matters not speed. As long as gains are set correctly they should not blow

Mid level, pick a quiet place also to do the test, adjust the volume until you get a consistent result of 3 flashes 1 way and 1 the other

Not with this system, if you want extended play time without running the engine a good titan8 lithium battery can give you that

No, this setup uses less amperage than your static produces so you are good
