Idk if you did the achievement already but there is another Pepeshi named IV that needs to be spoken to for the achievement.

The pepeshi at 2:52 and 3:20 doesn't show up for me

those characters are at different locations and you have to complete side misions for them to appear

it's from NPC named Larose. You have to follow her story about singing "Song of Beauty" if im not wrong, and go back to forla once you have finished that
