    Its good property and in future definitely get price apprication as metro station is front of this project.location is little outside but bying in kalyan or badlapur site its good option to invest and you will get good price in future.

      @@Shabana19091 almost 50+ minute lagte hai wo bhi fast train se to come Thane or 10-15 minute to train ka he delay rahta hai or bheed alag se konse bhi time me jao

    Over priced hai ye ghar kaal jake maine chq deya tha retrun he lunge 430 carpet thane mai thane mai 50 lakh 53 mai milte hai. Very nice and helpful information given by u sir

    Hello Sir Thanks for your information.
    I have already gave the eoi of 19999 for same project but abhi i am thinking to take it return coz also i heard from many of them its too costly and location is very outside and there are water and mosquitoes problem also it comes under grampanchayat alk wer saying ki if u want to buy in kalher no issue u can buy but 40 lacs for 339 carpert is too high.

      Yeah dude it's to high, recently I bought 425 sq ft of home for 16L just 1 km beyond the dosti's project in kalher , the society wasn't to high fi but ok ok , these big builders charge far higher premium from you just by hyping it up from the things like upcoming metro project and all
