You cannot store images in database. First send this image to some server and then store the link to that image in database.

@@yakohere I have a doubt, now your created website runs on localhost, if another laptop has its own webcam and its accessing your website through your laptop IP address such that both laptops are connected under same network, the camera is not working when you give the IP address instead of localhost, It is saying that we need to buy a DNS server domain name for that, is this true?, without DNS server secure connection we cannot access our webcam with IP address which holds the website?
