Tip: you don't have to randomly try dates. Open notepad, drag and drop the lservrc file you generated into notepad. Read through the file, you can see expiry date in it. Just select a date few days prior to it.

Firsrt, You have to uninstall old etabs file and Microsoft visual c++ 2013 redistributable files, then try full process again. Hope it will work

And apparently, after uninstalling them all, none of my programs showed any problems. I'm about to try Etabs v16 again.

Microsoft visul uninstall করলে পিসিতে বিভিন্ন ধরনের সমস্যা হতে পারে, যেমন: কোনো কিছু সফটওয়্যার ইন্সটল হবে না।
Microsoft visul uninstall করা ব্যতীত etabs software install করা যাবে নি?

যখন প্রথমবার ETABS install করা হয় তখনই Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 ও install হয়। যদি কোন কারণে ETABS uninstall করা হয়, তাহলে ETABS ফাইল remove হয় কিন্তু Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 থেকে যায়। এরপর ETABS পুনরায় install করলেও কাজ করে না। এজন্য শুরুতে Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 uninstall করলেও যখন Internet Connected অবস্থায় পুনরায় ETABS install করা হয় তখন আবার Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 ও install হয়।

Probably you didn’t uninstall previous Microsoft visual C ++ 2013. Uninstall previous etabs file and Microsoft visual C ++ 2013. Then follow as steps as shown in video.
Noted: when you install etabs with internet connection, new Microsoft visual C ++ 2013 will be installed by default.
